blithequark is seeking a Data Entry Specialist – Operations Support to work alongside teams, analyze datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. The role focuses on creating high-quality dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform business decisions.

Ideal candidates have a background in data mining, analytics, and reporting, with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reviewing, and estimating.
Previous experience in investigating relevant topic (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

Responsibilities

Execute existing data entry and analytical tasks (30%).
Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and other specialized requests (20%).
Ensure quality and accuracy of work with high attention to detail (20%).
Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the team (20%).
Present findings clearly showing how data analysis informs the overall plan (10%).
