Job summary

Pioneer Insurance is seeking a data analytics professional to turn data into meaningful insights for business heads. You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Tableau or PowerBI, collaborating with IT and data management teams.

The role requires a BS in Statistics or Mathematics, 3+ years in data analysis and BI, and familiarity with ML and R is a plus. Insurance industry knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of BS Statistics or BS Mathematics
• At least 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis, BI, Dashboard Development
• Experience/knowledge in machine learning is preferred
• Experience using data visualization tools Tableau or PowerBI
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in R Programming is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and manages reports, analytics, and dashboards for business heads using data visualization tools.
• Collaborates with IT and data management units to ensure complete and accurate data for analysis and reporting.
• Applies statistical models for forecasting and root-cause analysis, and presents results visually.
• Prepares Management Committee reports and other internal reports as required.
• Manages assigned projects using the Shared Services Standard Project Management Methodology from initiation to closure.
• Performs research on prospective customers and other topics as required by business heads.
