Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to support leaders with data collection, analysis and reporting for continuous improvement. You will transform data into actionable insights and drive KPI visualization using PowerBI and analytics tools.

The role requires strong statistical skills, data modeling and the ability to communicate findings to management. On-site work in Metro Manila with exposure to Lean Six Sigma projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, SQL/Access/Cloudera, Alteryx, Python or equivalent analytics tools.
• Ability to organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
• Ability to leverage data to predict trends in customer base and population.
• Strong data modeling, data mining and data quality skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and analysis tools to support Leaders and Teams for continuous improvement.
• Use analytics tools to drive historical data trends and KPI visuals.
• Interpret data, perform statistical analysis, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases and data collection systems.
• Identify new opportunities to streamline business processes and monitor data quality.
