Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a data analytics professional to support portfolio management and data-driven decision making. You will leverage Clarity PPM for data entry, requests, and reporting while developing dashboards to communicate project health and progress across initiatives.

The role requires strong analytics skills with Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience turning data into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in a related field; work experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years of analytics experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Clarity PPM tool usage including data entry and requests processing.
• Maintain knowledge of Clarity PPM to fulfill support requests.
• Manage portfolio dashboard to communicate progress and health at initiative and portfolio level.
• Utilize Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data trends and present findings.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Identify trends in data and propose process improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
