IQ-EQ in the Philippines seeks an experienced ETL and data processing preparer to handle routine data workflows using established procedures. You will perform pre-validation checks, document exceptions, and draft inputs for senior review, while growing familiarity with client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL, and visualization tools.
• Experience with MS SQL/Data Warehouse concepts and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Proficiency in data visualization and Excel, supporting dashboard integrity and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL activities across routine data sources, preparing, transforming, and validating data per procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare recurring report inputs, draft components, and run pre-validation checks with timely escalation of issues.
• Maintain understanding of client-specific requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate, timely deliverables.
• Document exceptions, maintain reference files, follow control procedures, and escalate risks or non-standard cases.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and process-improvement discussions.
