Job summary

Cuervo Far East, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – SFE/CRM to administer Veeva and Salesforce, monitor data integrity, and prepare SFE reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst or in a similar data analytics/SFE role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience in Veeva CRM and familiarity with Salesforce applications.
• Experience in CRM and CLM administration is highly preferred.
• Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), commercial operations, sales analytics, or pharmaceutical data management.
• Strong knowledge of data reporting, analysis, and data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports, requests, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and administration of Veeva and Salesforce applications.
• Manage end-to-end Veeva administration, including system maintenance and monitoring.
• Perform CRM and CLM administration and address system-related concerns.
• Monitor and document all requests for data changes in Veeva and ensure proper processing and documentation.
• Conduct monthly sample loading to Veeva and ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded data.
• Prepare and submit quarterly Territory, Masterlist, and Objectives data to BOT/SFE support teams.
• Prepare and maintain RT files, including Sales and Market data.
• Perform weekly updates and maintenance of RT files for all Business Units.
• Perform monthly end-to-end monitoring of samples and prepare monthly sample reports.
• Generate ad hoc reports and analyses based on business requirements.

About the role

The Data Analyst – SFE/CRM is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of Veeva and Sales Force applications, as well as the preparation and management of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) data and reports. The role will ensure the timely and accurate submission of business data, maintenance of CRM and CLM systems, sample monitoring, reporting requirements, and timely resolution of internal customer concerns. The position will also collaborate closely with the BIA Manager and SFE Manager to improve and automate reporting processes and workflows.
