EY GDS Philippines seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the AI & Data team, shaping the practice’s direction and building client relationships to deliver cutting-edge AI and data solutions.

You will lead and scale the AI & Data practice, own key regional accounts, and guide end-to-end projects from problem definition through deployment, impacting client growth and industry innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in data engineering, analytics or AI modelling.
• University degree or Master’s in statistics, mathematics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and client management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale up the AI & Data practice of GDS Philippines.
• Lead end-to-end AI & Data projects for clients: problem definition, data acquisition, model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Architect and solution complex technology deals with internal and client teams.
• Own and anchor key regional accounts and grow GDS involvement.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in AI & Data forums locally and globally.
• Represent GDS AI & Data team to stakeholders in the country.
