Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Senior Associate to lead AI‑tech teams and manage client accounts, delivering technology‑driven, data‑driven solutions. You will mentor junior staff, analyze complex problems, and maintain high standards while driving innovative outcomes with AI and cloud technologies.

You will collaborate across audits, assurance, and analytics, leveraging advanced analytics and governance practices to build trust and drive strategic value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML model testing, risk management, controls testing, or audit related to AI/analytics/digital systems.
• Experience with model evaluation frameworks, testing protocols, or AI risk/mraud frameworks such as NIST RMF.
• Familiarity with data science/AI lifecycle, data governance, data engineering, and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage auditing, consulting, and testing engagements with a focus on solution implementation.
• Deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions utilizing data analytics.
• Support strategic planning and execution of client projects.
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with current and emerging standards.
• Enhance project delivery using firm methodologies, technology resources, and data visualization tools.
