Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a Dam Engineering Lead to oversee the operation and maintenance of the plant’s water dam and waste disposal systems in Northwest Spain. The role requires extensive Geotechnics experience and strong leadership in resource management and multidisciplinary teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; relocation to Northwest Spain is expected with company relocation support available.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Geotechnics with strong technical knowledge.
Strong experience in resource management and multidisciplinary teams.
Operations experience is a big advantage.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Relocation to Northwest Spain is required; the company can assist with this.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the plant's water dam and waste disposal systems, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure optimal financial efficiency while supervising and managing the maintenance of equipment to ensure continuous, reliable operation.
Plan and organize the activities related to the management of the plant’s dams and sterile deposits.
Coordinate and allocate human and material resources to support the efficient functioning of the plant’s water dam and waste systems.
Role Reports to Refinery Production manager.
