Job summary

Insight is seeking a D365 and Power Platform Technical Specialist to join our APAC delivery team. The role focuses on implementing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio solutions for ANZ-based clients from our Pasig office.

You will deliver end-to-end projects with onshore teams, ensuring high client satisfaction and on-time execution. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in enterprise delivery, excellent English, and proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in technical roles within professional services or enterprise delivery.
• Ability to map client needs to Insight’s AI Business Solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge, accelerators and reusable assets for Manila and APAC.
• Help meet Services Practice targets through high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide consulting across discovery, design, build, deployment, testing and transition.
• Assist clients with AI-enhanced workflows, automation and Copilot scenarios.
• Collaborate with project managers and ANZ leads on planning and risk management.
• Report status to project managers and Team Lead during execution.
