Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking a D365 F&O technical resource to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for clients in Makati. You will lead solution architecture, deployments, and delivery while managing commercial and customer expectations as the project Application Lead.

This role sits in our joint Application Management Service and project implementation teams, requiring strong English communication and a client-centric, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering Specialization.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain.
• Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps integrations, and AI-powered tools.
• Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform's role within broader digital ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services and tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Certified: MB-200 & MB-300

Responsibilities

• Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
• Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and set standards
• Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents
• Proactive and continuous learning on the latest Microsoft release

About the role
