Job Qualifications:
- College Level to College Graduate
- Proficient in computer use and MS Office
- Can drive motorcycle and 4-wheels with Driver's License is an advantage
- With work experience in inventory and warehouse management
Job Summary:
- The Cylinder Controller is responsible managing and controlling inventory and ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented properly in all locations.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors daily inventory of cylinders
- Monitor opening and closing floor stock of full and empty cylinders
- Report submitted to Branch Manager
Preparing cylinder Movement Report
- Swapping
- pull out of loan cylinders
- Sold out and deposited cylinders
- Sold in cylinders
Check physical condition of cylinders before buying
- Advance cylinder
- Stock transfer to and from other Main, Branches, and Sale Center
- And other cylinder transactions
- Reconcile from guard record
Monitoring cylinder full stock movement
- Stock transfer to and from other Main, Branches, and Sale Center
- Reconcile from guard record
Encoding of cylinder
- Filing of documents of encoded
- Delivery Receipt
- STR
- RR
- Daily trip ticket
- Daily guard reports movement
Monitoring of cylinder serial numbers of full and empty cylinders delivered to customers and returned
Keeps track of daily customer transaction
- Monitoring of loaned cylinder based on sales invoice
- Updating record of customer loans
§Actually confirmation from customers and current system
Checking of Sale Center cylinders (with Accounting Assistant)
- Weekly audit of sale center floor stock and cylinder sales
Prepares monthly reports
- Monthly cylinder report submitted every 12th day of the month
- Monthly full stock report submitted every 12th day of the month
- Monthly consolidation of all cylinder reports submitted every 15th day of the month
- Submission of weekly cylinder inventory, cylinder floor stock, and seal floor stock every Monday, at 5 to 6 pm
- All reports submitted to Branch Manager for review
- Submitted to Main Branch Cylinder Control

- Coordination of diesel supply from main
Monitoring of seal inventory
Check daily production report from Engineer, submitted to the Accountant
Conducts daily inventory of full stock per storage cut off per production
Prepares demand letters to customers for cylinder pull out
- To be reviewed and signed by the Branch Manager
Coordinate with Branch Manager and/or Distribution Officer for customer pull out cylinder
