Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corporation is seeking a diligent Inventory/Logistics Clerk for Malabon. You will witness and record inventory movements in the refilling plant, validate documents, and ensure accurate reconciliation of returns.

Field work, long hours, and rotating plant assignments are part of the role. Willingness to travel to different refilling sites, six-day weeks, with lodging and allowances provided, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be willing to perform field or outdoor work.
• Prepared to work 8–12 hours daily or more as operations demand.
• Willing to rotate to different refilling plants every 6 months with lodging/allowance provided.
• Commitment to a 6-day work week with a Tuesday or Thursday day off.
• Willing to be assigned in Regasco Malabon.

Responsibilities

• Witness accurate filling and dispatch of inventories at the refilling plant.
• Witness and verify cylinder filling and Route Monitoring Sheet against actuals.
• Check CRR, gate pass, and sales invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Witness inventories in returning vehicles and weigh cylinders on return.
• Check and count cylinders inside vehicles and reconcile documents.
• Record in/out transactions and generate logs and reports as needed.
• File reports on shortages, non-compliance, or theft for management actions.
• Suggest controls to improve the company's inventory system.

• Must be willing to perform field or outdoor work
• Must be open to working 8 to 12 hours a day or more, depending on operations (until all vehicles have returned to the plant)
• Must be willing to be shuffled to different refilling plants every 6 months (Lodging and allowance will be provided)
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week, with day off scheduled on either Tuesday or Thursday
• Willing to be assigned in Regasco Malabon

Job Description

1. Witness accurate filling and dispatch of all inventories of outgoing vehicles in the refilling plant

a. Witness and check accurate filling of all LPG in cylinders

b. Witness and check the document (Route Monitoring Sheet) vs Actual cylinders to be brought out

c. Check the necessary documents such as CRR, gate pass and sales invoice if complete and accurate

2. Witness all inventories in returning vehicles of the refilling plant

a. Weigh all filled cylinders upon return of the vehicles

b. Check and count all cylinders inside the vehicle

c. Check and reconcile necessary documents and/or report such as CRR, gate pass, sales invoice and route monitoring sheet

3. Check inside the vehicle if there are undeclared items to be brought out of the plant

4. Create records/logs of transactions, in/out of inventories, document series, etc.

5. Make reports on any negative findings (e.g. shortage, theft, non-compliance, etc.) as needed by the management for proper administrative action or filing of case

6. Recommend additional control to improve the system of the company
