Job summary

Manulife IT Delivery Center Asia Inc. seeks a Security Engineer to strengthen application security posture across digital products, platforms and fintech systems, driving remediation and contributing to AppSec programs.

You will lead security assessments with autonomy and collaborate cross‑functionally. Responsibilities include leading end‑to‑end assessments (SAST/DAST, manual reviews, pentests), conducting testing of web apps, APIs, AI/ML and mobile apps, and building AI‑powered automation

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in application security with ownership of assessments and remediation cycles.
Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, ASVS and testing guides.
Experience with web/mobile/API/AI security testing and tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application security assessments including SAST, DAST, manual reviews and penetration testing.
Conduct ad hoc and scheduled pentesting on web apps, APIs, AI/ML and mobile apps; document findings for stakeholders.
Analyze OWASP Top 10 and advanced vulnerability classes; advise on remediation and risk.
Design, code, and deploy AI-powered automation tools to enhance detection and testing efficiency.
Mentor associate security engineers; lead knowledge-sharing and review work to support professional development.
Produce risk-rated vulnerability reports with actionable remediation guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
