Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity projects in a managed services setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver security solutions such as SIEM and EDR for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes Microsoft Azure projects, vendor coordination, and adherence to security standards. Remote-first work aligns with our flexible culture and ongoing growth in security services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in managed services or cybersecurity.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Azure projects and security transformations.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SOC processes and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Experience managing Microsoft transformation, migration and cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle for multiple client engagements in cybersecurity and managed services.
• Act as primary client contact to ensure clear expectations and updates.
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with security best practices and offerings.
• Ensure delivery of SIEM, EDR, and other services within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with SOC and technical resources for smooth onboarding and integration.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate them across client environments.
• Track scope, schedules, and budgets; report to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations to meet client goals.
• Incorporate lessons learned to improve project delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal SLAs.
