Jardine Service Centre Philippines seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineer Lead to guide the defense function across the organization. You will mentor engineers, drive security technology roadmaps, and oversee vulnerability management, data protection, and detection engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity/IT/CS/engineering
• 5 to 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with senior/lead engineering exposure
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and managing cybersecurity projects
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity technologies and controls
• Deep practical experience in security engineering, platform administration, vulnerability management, identity and access security, data protection, or detection engineering
• Experience in complex enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, driving technical excellence and professional development
• Provide guidance on complex security engineering challenges, platform administration, and incident response
• Drive the strategic roadmap for security engineering and platform administration
• Plan and deliver cybersecurity projects including deployments and upgrades
• Develop standards and procedures for security engineering practices
• Champion automation and operational efficiency in security operations
• Coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams and vendors
• Oversee vulnerability management and identity security programs
• Lead data protection and detection engineering initiatives
• Support incident investigations and post-incident improvements
