Inchcape Digital in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to implement, optimize, and maintain security technologies protecting our business. You will collaborate with Security, SOC, Threat, GRC, and IT Operations teams to drive security improvements and ensure compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, email security, IPS/IDS, WAF, SASE, SIEM/SOAR, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms.
• Experience managing email security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IPS/IDS, WAF, and SASE technologies.
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage technical security controls to enhance Inchcape's cybersecurity posture.
• Administer and optimize security technologies; protect against threats identified by SOC and Threat teams.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues and coordinate with IT Operations to resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Ensure security solutions comply with standards and address risks with the GRC team.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and reporting on system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with SOC and Threat teams to identify, prioritize, and implement security improvements.
• Mentor and support junior Security Engineers while contributing to a high-performing security team.
