The role involves building data pipelines, dashboards, and ML models, with emphasis on data quality and governance to deliver actionable audit insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years in data analytics, data science, audit analytics, or automation.
• Experience supporting Internal Audit, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Risk, or Compliance.
• Certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, HCISPP) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Audit/Compliance to apply analytics and automation.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP, AD, HR, cloud, and security tools.
• Build data pipelines, SQL queries, data models for continuous monitoring of ITGC and HIPAA.
• Develop ML models to detect anomalies and control deficiencies.
• Create dashboards and executive reports to communicate risk and compliance.
• Automate audit and compliance workflows with data-driven testing.
• Assess data quality and governance, recommend improvements.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
