Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Support Analyst to join the Services Intelligence teams. This remote role combines cutting-edge technology with advanced threat intelligence analysis to deliver high-impact briefings to ERM customers.

You will monitor environments on the ERM intelligence platform, investigate urgent issues such as cyber attacks, resolve Tier 1 issues, respond to follow-ups, and troubleshoot complex systems using a wide range of tools.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 24/7 shifts (365 days).
• Background in WebINT, OSINT and HUMINT gathering, source verification, data fusion, and intelligence analysis.
• Experience using SaaS platforms.
• Team player eager to learn and develop themselves and the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments on the ERM intelligence platform and produce actionable intelligence alerts and reports.
• Investigate urgent issues affecting customers, including threat actors, tools and techniques.
• Resolve Tier 1 technical issues customers may experience on the ERM platform.
• Answer customer follow-ups regarding intelligence alerts received.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on complex systems with varied strategies and tools.
