Qualifications

• Experience in WEBINT/OSINT/HUMINT gathering and source verification.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence analysis concepts and workflows.
• Experience using SaaS platforms and cloud-based security tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments on ERM intelligence platform and produce actionable intelligence alerts and reports.
• Investigate urgent issues like cyber attacks, incidents, and identify threat actors and techniques.
• Resolve Tier 1 technical issues on the ERM intelligence platform.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on complex security systems using diverse strategies and tools.
