Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Support Analyst to join its Services Intelligence team. This remote role supports ERM intelligence platforms, delivering actionable briefings to ERM customers worldwide.

You will monitor environments, investigate cyber incidents, resolve Tier 1 issues, and provide timely follow-ups, harnessing WEBINT/OSINT/HUMINT methods with a SaaS-based platform and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work in 24/7 shifts (365 days).
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Background in WEBINT, OSINT and HUMINT gathering, data fusion, and intelligence analysis.
• Experience using SaaS platforms.
• Team player eager to learn and develop themselves and their team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments on ERM platform and produce actionable intelligence alerts and report.
• Investigate urgent issues affecting customers such as cyber attacks and incidents, including threat actors, attack tools and techniques.
• Resolve Tier 1 technical issues customers may experience on ERM platform.
• Answering customer follow-up requests regarding intelligence alerts received.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on complex systems with a wide range of strategies and tools.
