Job summary

Netrust Philippines Corporation in Makati is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer I to support clients with technical consulting, pre-sales and post-sales services. The role involves running PoCs, delivering training, and coordinating project resources to ensure secure, timely deployments.

The ideal candidate will participate in installation and testing phases, assist with product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PoCs, knowledge transfers, and training for clients to maximize cybersecurity investments.
• Participate in planning, installation, testing, and implementation of cybersecurity projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project resources (hardware, software, and personnel) to meet service delivery timelines.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and workshops to communicate the value and capabilities of cybersecurity solutions.
• Assist in pre-sales troubleshooting to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements before deployment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales engagements.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Netrust’s products and services to convey their value proposition to clients.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for cybersecurity projects for budgeting and resource allocation.
• Provide robust support for internal IT operations, contributing to security and efficiency; 24/7 on-call incident tickets.

The Cybersecurity Engineer I provides technical consulting, pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and partners.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), knowledge transfers, and training to empower clients with the necessary skills and insights to maximize their cybersecurity investments.
• Participate in the planning, installation, testing, and implementation phases of cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including hardware, software, and personnel, to achieve excellence in service delivery and adherence to project timelines of managed services.
• Facilitate product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops that effectively communicate the value and capabilities of cybersecurity solutions to clients and partners.
• Assist in identifying potential issues and providing troubleshooting support during the pre-sales phase to ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements and are reliable before deployment
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales engagements, enhancing the quality of project proposals and client relationships.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Netrust’s products and services to confidently convey their value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) for cybersecurity projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Provide robust support for internal IT operations, contributing to the security and efficiency of the organization’s technical infrastructure.
