MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a CX Operations Specialist to build tools, automations, and dashboards that streamline customer experience. You’ll transform manual, repetitive tasks into fast, reliable data workflows and scalable solutions.

You’ll connect systems, ship data pipelines, and enable CS managers, Support, Implementation, and CX Ops to move faster while delivering a better customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build tools, automations, and dashboards on request: deliver a working tool, script, dashboard, or automation quickly.
• Build for scale: create reusable tools and templates the wider CX team can run without you and ship them on Dokploy for easy access.
• Build first-principles so outputs hold at scale and impact many users.
• Connect systems and move data between them: wire tools together, package data from sources into clean inputs, and pass it to agents or scripts.
• Turn data into reliable, formatted outputs that teams can trust.
• Turn manual work into automated workflows by reducing repetitive tasks to seconds.
• Keep spreadsheets and data plumbing healthy: map dependencies and maintain accuracy during transitions.
• Raise the bar on how we build: use Claude daily, lean on automation, and demonstrate what's possible.

About the Role

We are looking for a CX Operations Specialist to be the builder behind CX Ops. You take the manual, repetitive, and half-broken parts of how our teams work and turn them into fast, reliable tools, automations, and dashboards. You hear a problem, build with Claude, and come back with something that works. You are also able to create robust data visualizations, analytics, and pipelines that allow the team to function effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you connect systems, wire up the data plumbing, and ship the tools that let CSMs, Support, Implementation, and CX Ops move faster and give customers a better experience.

This is a builder and analytics role first but you will still get to work strategically with cross functional partners and the Ops team. The best builders here do one more thing: they build so the whole team gets faster, not just the person who asked. You spot the broken or manual processes we live with every day, flag them, and turn the ones worth solving into tools other people can use.

Responsibilities:

• Build tools, automations, and dashboards on request: take a specific ask and deliver a working tool, script, dashboard, or automation quickly. Speed and quality both matter.
• Build for scale: package what you build into reusable tools and templates the wider CX team can run without you, and ship them on Dokploy so they are easy to find and use.
• Build first-principles, so what you ship holds up at scale and does not need to be rebuilt every few months. Your reach is how many people use your work to hit business outcomes, not how many tickets you close.
• Connect systems and move data between them: wire our tools together so data flows without manual copy and paste. Package data from Google Sheets, Salesforce, Planhat,
• Snowflake, and other sources into clean inputs, pass it to agents or scripts, and return accurate, formatted output people can trust.
• Turn manual work into automated workflows: find the five-minute task someone does fifty times a day and cut it to seconds. Build the tandem-agent form fillers, the auto-formatters, and the routing logic that remove busywork. Take a static dashboard and push it toward a real workflow that triggers the next action, for example a churn signal that fires a CSM alert or kicks off a survey.
• Keep our spreadsheets and data plumbing healthy: own the messy, interconnected spreadsheets CX Ops runs on. Map dependencies, untangle formulas, and make sure the sheets people rely on stay accurate and understandable, especially through transitions when the person who built something has left.
• Proactively surface process gaps: as you work across our systems, flag the manual steps, broken handoffs, and repetitive tasks you see. You are close to the plumbing, so you will spot problems the rest of us miss. Raise them so we can scope the ones worth solving into projects you deliver.
• Raise the bar on how we build: use Claude every day, lean on agents and automation to ship more in less time, and show the rest of the team what is actually possible when you build this way.

• You are a builder at heart. You like making systems, automations, and tools that solve real problems, and you do it in your own time as well as at work. Give you a messy process and you want to fix it.
• You are a spreadsheet expert. Complex formulas, tab-to-tab dependencies, App Script, and data models do not scare you. You can walk into someone else's sheet, understand it, and improve it.
