Job summary

EverFirst Loans Corp. is seeking a Customer Service & Relationship Assistant to handle inquiries across calls, chats, messages, and social channels while supporting marketing activities. You will deliver friendly, professional, timely service and help strengthen customer relationships.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with branches, assist in campaigns and events, and maintain accurate records. The role is on-site in Metro Manila, Monday to Friday, 8am–5:15pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle voice and non-voice customer inquiries through calls, messages, chats, and social media.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries through digital platforms.
• Coordinate customer concerns with branches and other departments.
• Assist in marketing-related tasks, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Prepare simple customer service and marketing reports.
