YO AI Labs is seeking a Remote Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert to optimize CRM configurations and revenue workflows across SaaS environments. The contractor will handle data accuracy, reporting, and cross-system process improvements, collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and scale revenue operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations, hands-on CRM expertise, and practical knowledge of multiple revenue tools beyond the CRM.

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
