Job Description

Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests in accordance with process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while delivering customer support.

Qualifications

Banking & Finance Account

• Must be a high school graduate, with at least 1 year BPO experience preferably in banking & finance services

Shipping & Logistics Account

• Must be a college graduate of any Finance, Accounting or Marketing related course
• Must have relevant work experience

Utilities Account

• Completed at least 1 year in college, with at least 1-year BPO experience
