Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Teller to join our Branch Banking Sector in Makati. The role covers cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, signing off on accounts, and processing routine transactions at the CA/SA terminals at the start of each banking day.

You will also handle fund transfers, remittances, and outward clearing, while promoting the Bank’s products and services.

Qualifications

Preferably graduate of business or finance course.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Cash handling and processing deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures.
Posts of all transaction adjustments to the CA/SA terminals at the start of banking day.
Accepts and processes fund transfers and remittance payments.
Handles outward clearing operations.
Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.
