Job summary

Lakpue Drug Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support the area Sales Representative across Laguna. You will promote pet care and farm animal products, implement local promos, and build relationships with customers.

The role requires a 4-year degree (Animal Science preferred), a valid driver's license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You may handle bookings, distribute samples, and assist with social media activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Animal Science.
• With Driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Can work under pressure and works with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist area Sales Representative in promoting and selling products (Pet Care, Racing Pigeon, Equine, Swine, and Poultry).
• Implement localized promos per area and other company promotions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Handle bookings and forward to Sales Representative.
• Distribute printed collaterals and engage walk-in customers for product switching.
• Distribute samples of focus products in assigned stores.
• Gather client data (phone numbers, social media) for marketing.
• Assist with social media activities and programs.
• Report status of area covered to Sr. Sales Supervisor.
• Take initiative to improve area performance.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• a. Assist area Sales Representative in promoting and selling FEl products such as Pet Care, Racing Pigeon, Equine, Swine and Poultry.
• b. To fully implement the localized promo per area and other company related promotions.
• c. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• d. Do booking and forward it to the Sales Representative.
• e. Do other task indicated by the Sales Representative in the area.
• f. Distribution and installation of printed collaterals.
• g. Engage walk in customers to encourage product switching.
• h. Distribution of samples of focus products in assigned stores.
• i. Farming of client data such as cellphone numbers, social media accounts, etc.
• j. Dissemination and execution of social media activities and programs.
• k. Report and update Sr. Sales Supervisor as to status of area covered.
• I. Take initiative actions to improve area performance.
• m. May be assigned to perform other duties from time-to-time.
