Site: Mezza & Marikina (Onsite)

Salary: ₱17,000 – ₱27,000 + bonuses

We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Handle calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service in a fun and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their concerns and requests
• Deliver accurate details regarding company products, billing, and services
• Provide prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality at all times
