Recruitify_HR is seeking motivated individuals to join our international account team in Baguio. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with customers from various countries, assisting with inquiries and delivering exceptional service in English.
You will manage customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, provide product/service information, resolve concerns professionally, and document all interactions in the system as part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.
