As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open to college graduates or college undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college

• Must have at least 1 yr BPO work experience

• Willing to work full-time onsite in both Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).
