Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Sales Representative to be onsite at UP Technohub, Quezon City. You will engage customers, answer inquiries, and upsell products with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach. You’ll work on a day shift and join a global team focused on delivering human-centered customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college, or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience with upselling exposure, or at least 6 months of sales in a non-BPO setting.
• Ability to explain product or service knowledge clearly.
• Demonstrates the ability to identify sales opportunities, address customer needs, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service, high attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and ability to deliver mandatory scripts accurately and consistently.
• Computer experience.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• Completed at least 2 years in college, or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 6 months of customer service experience with upselling exposure, or at least 6 months of sales experience in a non-BPO setting (e.g., real estate, insurance)
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
• Demonstrates the ability to identify sales opportunities, address customer needs, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and the ability to deliver mandatory scripts accurately and consistently
• Computer experience
