Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, biomedical engineering preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience as service engineer.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel frequently and work in cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for technical issues in medical imaging products and ensure key account satisfaction.
• Empower distributors by aligning capabilities with local business needs.
• Support major regional projects and implement quality plans.
• Monitor regional service delivery and bridge issues to HQ effectively.
• Lead new product service introductions, secure service qualifications, oversee deployment and first-unit installation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote,on-site support for technical issues and requirements encountered in medical imaging products,take the ultimately responsibilities of key account overall satisfaction
• Perform empowerment according to the business needs and requirements, ensure the capability of distributors engineer could match local business situation
• Support the delivery of major regional projects and the implementation of quality plans;
• Monitor regional service delivery performance and perform the bridge to elevate issues effectively from local to HQ team
• Lead the new product service introduction within the region, drive the acquisition of service qualifications for new products, monitor the progress of new product service deployment, and provide necessary on-site support for the first unit installation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred;
• Ability: Have certain management ability and market observation,more than 3-year experience as service engineer
• Knowledge and skills: Good written and spoken English；Good teaching, communication skills; Good problem solving skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment；
• Others: Positive work attitude, with a certain degree of pressure-resistant ability; Familiar with computer and office software
