Job summary

Philcopy Corporation is seeking an HR Associate to handle client inquiries, coordinate deliveries and assist with daily branch operations.

The role requires a college graduate with a 4-year degree, strong interpersonal skills, and a trainable attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided. You will interact with customers via calls and messages and support warehouse/document processes.

Qualifications

• College graduate with any 4-year course.
• Experience in Sales or CSR preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Personable, attentive and trainable.

Responsibilities

• Attends incoming calls and replies to client inquiries via messenger, Viber and text messages.
• Prepare daily itineraries for service and consumable deliveries.
• Monitor service and deliveries.
• Prepare daily branch reports.
• Accept all incoming approved sales quotations and purchase orders.
• Generate life availability and sales quotations.
• Generate and post sales invoices, delivery receipts and other warehouse documents.
• Conduct regular stock inventory and perform daily cycle counts.
• Compute items' average consumption for requests.
• Send warehouse documents to Audit department.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
