Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of all documents received; verify agent and license information.
• Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately and update existing agent records when needed.
• Identify the next process based on workflow and create necessary transactions; perform other tasks as assigned by team leadership.
