Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate to handle financial and non-financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check payments, bills payments, fund transfers, and account opening. The CSSA will offer and cross-sell bank products while ensuring KYC compliance and accurate processing.

• Transaction Processing – Provides fast and accurate delivery of banking transactions and services.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and bills payments.
• Processes auxiliary transactions including foreign exchange, remittance, and checkbook requests.
• Maintains cash in the prescribed limit and balances own transactions at end of day.
• Conducts KYC and explains terms and conditions to customers.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Attends promptly to customer inquiries and supports branch sales targets.
• Encodes results in reporting tools and promotes usage of digital channels.
