Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate at our Laguna branch to handle a wide range of banking transactions and provide value through cross-selling of products and services.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, account openings, KYC, and customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and compliance with security protocols. This role emphasizes customer service, sales, and reliable cash handling in a branch setting.

Qualifications

Experience in handling customer transactions and cross-selling activities.
Attention to detail in processing financial transactions and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

Process over-the-counter transactions including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Handle auxiliary transactions such as foreign exchange and bank service requests.
Maintain cash balances within limits and perform end-of-day balancing.
Conduct KYC while explaining terms and conditions to customers.
Cross-sell bank products and services to customers and CRM leads.
On-board clients to digital channels and document client interactions.
