Job summary

TDK Philippines Corporation is seeking a CQE with an engineering background to oversee quality systems, data interpretation and problem solving within automotive projects. The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis, process control and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should be proficient in 8D, 5 Whys and FMEA, with knowledge of PPAP, MSA and SPC. Japanese language ability is a significant advantage and may be required for audits and supplier interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of CQE experience
• Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
• Able to speak and write in Japanese is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of QMS standards and data interpretation
• Proficient in problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, FTA)
• Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC

QUALIFICATIONS

• Wide knowledge and experience in QMS standards, Data Interpretation and reading Technical Drawing

• Ability to manage Customer Complaints, Audits and present data-driven reports

• Expertise in methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, FTA to resolve product issues

• Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC

• Strong analythical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, good communication and the ability to work under pressure

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, atleast 3 years experience in CQE

• Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage

• Ability to speak and write in Japanese is a significant advantage
