Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a Compliance Function within Insurance or Financial Institution.
• Experience in conducting investigations.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and/or innovative skills.
• Sound judgement enabling sound regulatory advice.
• Inquisitive approach to practices and processes.
• Independence and robustness in work.
• Knowledge of Philippine affiliate rules and regulations.
• Familiarity with life insurance and mutual fund products and processes.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and coordinates investigations involving intermediaries, employees and Customer Protection-related matters and supports the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Supports Customer Protection monitoring, product review, and KRI management; drafts and reviews legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
• Supports Customer Protection governance through advisory, training, awareness, and policy maintenance.
• Supports reporting, monitoring, audit, and assurance activities relating to Customer Protection and Compliance Investigations.
