Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain customer master data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Review and validate master data change requests, confirming required approvals are in place and escalating incomplete or incorrect submissions.
Ensure data governance standards, internal controls, and compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Utilize SAP and other tools to manage master data effectively and support efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and support continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes.
