HAI CHIX AND STEAKS- HOME DEPOT ORTIGAS BRACH is seeking a Cashier/Server to deliver excellent customer service, process orders and payments, and assist in food service. The role requires basic cash handling knowledge and POS familiarity, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, handling shifts, weekends, and holidays while maintaining cleanliness and high hygiene standards.

Formación

• Senior High School Graduate or High School graduate.
• Previous cashier, server, or restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take and accurately process orders through the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages and assist with table clearing and resetting.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Promote products, add-ons, and ongoing promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or operational concerns.
• Perform other restaurant-related tasks as assigned.
