• Payment handling: collect cash, credit cards, or vouchers, give correct change, and balance the cash drawer.
• Customer service: answer basic menu questions, promote deals, and resolve simple concerns politely.
• Counter & area upkeep: keep the register area clean, sanitized, stocked with supplies, and organized.
• Team coordination: work with food service crew to ensure quick delivery of items to customers.
