Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a cashier to manage daily cash transactions, ensure secure handling of cash, and deliver excellent customer service at the counter in Laguna. You will process payments, issue receipts, and maintain balanced cash drawers while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required or preferred.
• At least 6 months of cashier experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong numerical skills for cash handling and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures: counting, making change, reconciling drawers.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
• Attention to detail in all transactions.
• Friendly and outgoing personality; team-oriented.
• Flexible to irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Unquestionable integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for security of cash-on-hand and accuracy of all cash collection or remittances.
• Accountable for cash collection, cash count and cash handover every shift.
• Process financial transactions by receiving payments in cash, credit, or debit and issuing receipts.
• Prepare daily operation reports (cash collection, disbursement, deposits, prize pools, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in inputting details in the system.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
• Submit timely reports to Branch Cashier.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and keep supplies stocked.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and securely.
