Job summary

You will process payments, issue receipts, and keep accurate cash drawer balances while delivering friendly service to customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome; six months cashier experience preferred; training provided to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or degree is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; six months cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and numeracy skills required.
• Knowledge of cash handling, counting money, and reconciling cash drawers.
• Ability to operate POS systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Secure cash on hand and ensure accurate cash collection and remittances.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts, refunds, and change.
• Prepare daily operation reports (cash collection, deposits, prize pools).
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service; resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations; keep area clean and stocked.
