Job summary

Qualifications

Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
Ability to provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
Maintain accurate cash drawer.
Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
