• Respond to consumer questions and complaints, including warranty claims or returns.
• Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and resolutions.
• Suggest messaging strategies, processes, and system updates to improve the consumer experience.
• Investigate and resolve Tier 1 escalations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to Service Delivery teams.
