Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Officer to support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will work closely with internal teams to improve the customer journey and drive adoption of products and services.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or account coordination.
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus (Salesforce or HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in day-to-day customer interactions ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support retention initiatives and loyalty campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to improve onboarding.
• Monitor CSAT or NPS and help prepare reports.
