Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. seeks a Sales Promoter to drive awareness and sales of its products while delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes promoting items, maintaining displays, and meeting targets across retail locations in Metro Manila.

Candidates with retail experience in Telco, appliances, and DIY stores are preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work weekends and rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• Previous experience as a Promodiser, Sales Associate, or Retail Sales Representative is preferred.
• Experience in Telecommunications, SM Appliances, DIY stores, ACE Hardware, or similar retail environments is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to different store locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays in accordance with company merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the store and supervisor.
• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, features, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and accomplishment reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic product troubleshooting when necessary.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
