Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. in Manila is seeking a Sales Promoter to actively promote and sell our products while delivering outstanding customer service. You will support in-store displays, handle inquiries, and assist customers in choosing suitable solutions to meet their needs.

This is an on-site role requiring weekend and holiday availability. Candidates with experience in Telco, appliances, or DIY/ACE Hardware retail environments will have an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper pricing and labeling
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management
• Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and accomplishment reports
• Handle customer inquiries and basic product troubleshooting
• Participate in product training and promotional events
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Summary

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products while providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring product availability. Candidates with experience in Telco, SM Appliances, DIY stores, and ACE Hardware are preferred due to their familiarity with retail operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays in accordance with company merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the store and supervisor.
• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, features, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and accomplishment reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic product troubleshooting when necessary.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• Previous experience as a Promodiser, Sales Associate, or Retail Sales Representative is preferred.
• Experience in Telecommunications, SM Appliances, DIY stores, ACE Hardware, or similar retail environments is an advantage.
