Job summary

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related 4-year course and at least 1 year of cashiering experience, with strong customer service and basic computer skills. Position is based in Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in Carcar City Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
